Before I Place a PO, What’s Your A+ / Grade A QC Standard—Exactly?

☑️ We operate legally registered entities in both Taiwan and Hong Kong for secure payment and stable export logistics.

☑️ All units are IMEI-scanned with video-supported inspection before dispatch.

Q: “A-Grade” is everywhere. What makes your A+ / Grade A actually reliable?
A: Because we don’t sell “Grade A as a label.” We ship Grade A as a standard—with a QC framework that’s consistent, repeatable, and designed to reduce post-arrival disputes.

Here’s the framework we’re comfortable putting on our website (framework only—our full internal checklist and thresholds remain part of our SOP).

RingSycle A+ / Grade A QC Framework (Public Framework)

Q: What do you check for Battery Health?
A: Battery issues are one of the fastest ways for a “good-looking lot” to turn into discounts and returns.
We verify:

  • Battery Health reading

  • Baseline stability (no abnormal drain / charging behavior)

  • Charging functionality

Q: What do you check for OLED / Display?
A: Display inconsistency is the #1 silent margin killer in mixed lots.
We verify:

  • OLED / display performance

  • Color accuracy & uniformity checks (including common burn-in indicators)

  • Touch responsiveness and display consistency

Q: Is Face ID guaranteed working?
A: We treat Face ID as a core requirement for A+ / Grade A.
We verify:

  • Face ID setup and unlock functionality

  • Stability (not a one-time pass)

Q: What does “IMEI Verified” mean in your process?
A: It means device identity is controlled and traceable.
We verify:

  • IMEI / serial consistency

  • IMEI verification as part of shipment QC

Extra proof (Taiwan HQ process):
During IMEI scanning at our main warehouse, we record an inspection video that covers key QC items including Battery Health, IMEI, iOS version, OLED/display color accuracy, and Face ID functionality—so buyers can feel the difference between “trust me” and a controlled process.

Q: Why do you include System Version in QC?
A: Because system friction slows receiving, delays resale, and creates avoidable back-and-forth.
We verify:

  • iOS system version confirmation

  • Baseline system readiness for delivery (so receiving doesn’t turn into troubleshooting)

Q: What exactly is included in “Functional test passed”?
A: “Looks clean” isn’t deliverable. Functionality is.
We verify a baseline functional pass across:

  • Connectivity behavior (e.g., Wi-Fi / network basics)

  • Audio input/output (speaker / mic baseline checks)

  • Camera baseline usability

  • Charging and basic key input/operation

Unlocked & Worldwide Carrier Compatibility

Q: Are your devices unlocked? Can my team resell them globally?
A: Yes—RingSycle devices are unlocked and compatible with service providers worldwide. (As always, local network band availability can vary by model/region, but the device is supplied unlocked for global resale.)

Fast Closing CTA (Make the Next Step Effortless)

Q: How do I place a PO?
A: Send:

  • Model / storage / color

  • Quantity

  • Destination (country/city)

We’ll reply with availability, lead time, and the QC framework scope applied to your shipment—so you can move fast without guessing.

If you want this week’s availability, send an RFQ with:
models + quantity + destination + target spec, and we’ll reply with current stock options and the QC/export workflow.
